Images from Science 3: An Exhibition of Scientific Images is the third group traveling exhibition organized by the School of Photographic Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology, and Johns Hopkins University and School of Medicine. Exhibition dates: January 20 – March 5, 2022
Images from Science 3: An Exhibition of Scientific Images presents selected images of 71 image-makers whose work was selected by an international panel of judges. The exhibition showcases full color scientific images ranging from the intricate beauty of a frozen snow crystal to the interaction of T-cells fighting cancer. The images show examples of wide-ranging techniques in science photography, videography, and illustration that reveal science in unique new ways. Each panel has an image accompanied by a brief description of the technical equipment and process used to capture it. Bringing the Arts and Sciences together, this curious and intriguing exhibition is both educational and visually stimulating!
